Fished Lake Granger yesterday for catfish. Fished shallows, creek beds, channels with no success using dip baits. Other folks using live shad killed it! Need to get a cast net next time for fresh shad.

I just looked it up and looks like it is just North of Austin. Looks like a cool place to take a family for the weekend too.
